Kar Vivad Samadhan Scheme needs more thought
In the 1998 Budget, finance minister Yashwant Sinha has introduced a new scheme called the Kar Vivad Samadhan Scheme 1998. The scheme is intended to be a one-time Samadhan (solution) for tackling the litigation system, which, over the years, has accumulated several tax disputes that are not moving in any direction.
