The mockery must stop

It is clear by now that the UF government is totally unprepared for the challenge of the oil pool deficit. Some days back, it was said that the union finance minister, P Chidambaram had an alternative to a hike in oil prices and the expectation was that this would be unfolded at Monday's meeting of the UF steering committee.

Let them buy cake
