RBI working out modalities for full convertibility

[Details] The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is working on the modalities to achieve certain aspects of the capital account convertibility (CAC) by end of the current fiscal year as recommended by the Tarapore committee, if the rate of inflation and the government fiscal deficit remains stable at the present levels.
