[Details] Complaints of dumping, or exports to India by foreign producers at below their domestic prices, are mounting. While there is little evidence of a consequent rise in exports by India's downstream industries or of price cutting in final goods in the home market, dumping has hurt a number of domestic majors.

[Details] When in India, regulate as the Americans do. Its the simple maxim that guides all rule-writing these days, and the proposed Money Laundering Act is no exception. The Act, to be presented before the Indian Parliament, is the triumph of American ideas over any other that is available.
