[Details] The public sector is going to come under the auctioneer's hammer in a big way this year. Last year, the intention was to disinvest Rs 5,000 crore. But, a market gloom induced by high interest rates and industrial slow-down forced the government to scale down its target to a mere Rs 500 crore.
