[Details] Deciding one way or the other is always the managerial task. Chief executives or senior managers will have to decide generally what is good for the organisations that they are heading. There is no other way of doing it as far as common sense goes. But there may be situations as tricky as one in which a manager may find that all the parties he is listening to are correct and upright.
