Chandigarh based immigration company, World Wide Immigration and Consultancy Service (WWICS) today offered 25 acre farm houses each at Rs one crore situated near Bangalore.

Lt Col B.S. Sandhu, Chairman and Managing Director unveiling the latest 800 acres Imperial Farms and Orchards Project in Bangalore, said the project is conceptualized on a very successful model wherein buyers can indulge in doing own farming or outsource farming through WWICS Estates ‘Farms Management Team (FMT)’.

“We will market it in Punjab and Chandigarh because due to increase in value of land and decrease in land holding, buying a new land and opting for farming is becoming unviable in Punjab. But in the proposed project the cost of land is cheaper and the soil is highly productive enabling one to cultivate two crops at a time,” he added, announcing the first of its kind project.

Lt Col Sandhu said the cost works out to be Rs 4 lakh per acre for minimum 25 acre land. Booking amount is 5 lakh, and 25 percent amount will have to be paid in 15 days of booking (including booking amount). Next 25 percent will have to be paid in 45 days of booking, while the balance 50 percent within 120 days at the time of registration. All government charges will be extra.

Fully-developed farms with plantations of many varieties of fruit bearing trees and seasonal crops will be made available. He said the area had excellent weather conditions and independent tube well facilities will be provided at each farm round the clock. Also there is a provision of drip irrigation water system for all the plantations.

Parvinder Sandhu, Senior Director, WWICS Group said the project has a locational advantage, just being 30 kilometers away from the NH 7 on Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway near Anantapur or Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh. It’s an hour and a half drive from Bangalore International Airport.

Imperial Farms and Orchards, which promises a return of 8 percent per annum in form of agricultural income, is in close vicinity to Puttaparthi, which is about 50 kms away. It is the religious abode of Sai Baba and is visited by thousands of devotees every year.
