Chandigarh based immigration company, World Wide Immigration and Consultancy Service (WWICS) today offered 25 acre farm houses each at Rs one crore situated near Bangalore.

Lt Col B.S. But in the proposed project the cost of land is cheaper and the soil is highly productive enabling one to cultivate two crops at a time,” he added, announcing the first of its kind project.

Lt Col Sandhu said the cost works out to be Rs 4 lakh per acre for minimum 25 acre land. Booking amount is 5 lakh, and 25 percent amount will have to be paid in 15 days of booking (including booking amount). Next 25 percent will have to be paid in 45 days of booking, while the balance 50 percent within 120 days at the time of registration. All government charges will be extra.

Fully-developed farms with plantations of many varieties of fruit bearing trees and seasonal crops will be made available. He said the area had excellent weather conditions and independent tube well facilities will be provided
