With rapes and violence rampant, do you think Delhi is safe for women?

Day after day and week after week reports of horrific violence against girls keep cropping up with sickening regularity - the latest being the rape of a medical student in a bus and thereafter a 6-year-old violated.

In 21st century India, its capital is virtually living in medieval times, if not worse. A girl is not safe on the roads, and as numerous cases of predator families show, safety is not available even at home.

Who do you think is responsible for the continuing crime spree?

The perpetrators alone? Society? Men? All of these?

You tell us.

MR RAO COMMEND IS THE RIGHT ANSWER ----Not only Delhi, entire India is not really a safe place to live in. The reasons are: 1)in-efficient and in-effective police system 2) crooked politicians 3) judiciary system that does not respond before a decade 4) people who do not bother about anything or everything.

people say "Delhi hai thagon ka abhi aur ek delhi hai rapists ka?

Rapist should not be hanged but their hands or legs should be cut and their throat. The delhi people (?) are weak and fusion that's why it is happening. Nothing to say,

must be punished very strictly at the earliest say within 24 hours like encounters and girls/women be provided gun for self-protection
