VJ Kurian as Spices Board’s chairman

Kochi, May 18: VJ Kurian has taken over as chairman of the Spices Board.

Mr Kurian had a pivotal role in the country’s first private-public airport project at Kochi since its conception to commissioning from 1994 to 1999.

He had also a second stint as managing director of Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) for three years till assuming charge in the board on Thursday.
