Vijaya Bank cuts base rate by 0.25%

Vijaya Bank today cut its base rate by 0.25 per cent to 10.20 per cent with immediate effect.
Spearheading a business of over Rs 1, 50,000 crore as on December 31, 2012, the Karnataka-based bank has been at the forefront in ushering a new era of growth and all-round progress, the bank said in a statement.
The revised base rate will be effective from today, a bank statement said.
The bank has an all India presence with 1,334 branches and 823 ATMs, it said.
