New Delhi: Union Bank has appointed S Ravi, Arun Nanda and M S Sriram as directors to its board.
S. Ravi is a practising Chartered Accountant and heads Ravi Rajan & Co. He is in the Board of many public companies including BHEL, LIC, Housing Finance Limited etc. His also served on the board of UCO Bank, Dena Bank, IFCI and Corporation Bank.
Arun K Nanda is Executive Director & President of infrastructure development sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He has been with the Mahindra Group for more than 30 years, serving in various capacities. He is also a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
M S Sriram represents shareholder interests on the Board of Union Bank of India, having been elected to the Board at the EGM held on 14th June 2006. A Fellow of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, he is currently a professor and chairperson (finance and accounting) at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
