Tree House Education raises Rs 171 mn

Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd, which manages and runs pre-schools in India, has raised 170.8 million rupees from two anchor investors.
The company has allocated 1.26 million shares at 135 rupees each to Rising India Focus Fund and Axis Mutual Fund, it said in a statement.
Tree House, whose issue opens on Aug 10 and closes on Aug 12, has fixed a price band of 135-153 rupees for its initial public offering to raise 1.29 billion rupees.
