The judiciary decided that he should be hanged. The bureaucracy and the government is sitting on it. It is a default on our Constitution. Briefly, the hanging should take place any moment. The more the delay, the government of the times gets the flak: you are insulting the Indian citizen

he should be hanged the same way, because there is no point of delaying his hanging now, and wasting our money in security of such people.
