Sugar prices remain steady on some support

The wholesale sugar prices ended steady in the national capital today in the absence of worthwhile activity.
Marketmen said sporadic buying support against ample stocks position, mainly kept sugar prices steady.
The following were todays' quotations per quintal: Sugar ready: M-30 3,280-3,420, S-30 3,260-3,400. Mill delivery: M-30 3,160-3,300; S-30 3,140-3,280.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 3320, Kinnoni 3400, Asmoli 3360, Dorala 3310, Budhana 3300, Thanabhavan 3300, Dhanora 3260, Simbholi 3395, Modi Nagar 3275, Khatuli 3295, Dhampur 3270, Ramala 3170, Bulandshar 3240, Anupshar 3160, Baghpat 3180, Morna 3170, Sakoti 3220, Chandpur 3235, Amroha 3240 and Nazibabad 3160.
