When more than half the GDP comes from service sector-which is not capable of gaing forex at constat rate. In the past also Oil and Gold have been constant denominators to large extent in CAD space. Are there any corrective contemplations in the offing to fix it.Is CAD matrix really as simple as a function of capital goods as a sole solution .
