Actor Anupam Kher, who plays Professor Jamshed Batki in his upcoming film — Buddha in a Traffic Jam — has not only played this role in reel life but also in real life. He is a life skills expert and often shares his thoughts and expertise through workshops and talks in various cities. Kher, famous for his autobiographical play, Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai, which narrates his journey to stardom, turned out to be quite an inspiration for the students of Indian Business School when he visited the campus. The film directed by Arunoday Singh, was being shot at the ISB campus and the students, who had heard of the play, requested Kher to take classes, not on acting but on his philosophy of survival. “Survival because it’s one of the most important things students need to learn,” says Kher, who mentions that he taught them the ‘art of failure’, which eventually leads to success. He was more than forthcoming to take classes open air to make them more interactive and interesting.
