This article of Renuka Bisht is totally in violation of the scripture of ethical and morale value, the example coted of Mahatma would side track the entire issue. Control of panchedriya gnanma means there is no need of sleeping side by side let what ver it may be. What scriptures say is that one should be askalitha brahmachari, meaning one should not get exited are sexually aroused while looking at the beautifulest woman or girl on this earth. There are so many other tests for that.
