An avid traveller, Shazahn Padamsee has some interesting memories to share, about her recent visit to France. The actor got conned by a married couple abroad. Says she, “I was dining at one of the famous hotels of France when I saw this couple coming towards me. Just as they passed by, I realised that my bag was missing.” So the actor approached the hotel desk who checked the CCTV footage. She then realised that while the man had tried to distract her, the woman had whisked away with her bag. “It contained some important things, but what happened next was exciting,” states the lass. While the investigation continued, the hotel manager offered to put her up in the hotel’s luxury suite as compensation! And the luxury crazy Shazahn readily accepted the offer!
Perfectionist Aamir Khan has friends and admirers in the most unexpected quarters. Among those that root for him are political columnist Tavleen Singh and, yes, the King of Bhutan. All this, of course, is the result of the wonderful films that he has been a part of. At the recently held Express Adda, one common sentiment among all those present was that of admiration for the conviction which the star displays in all things that he is part of , be it films, ads or social causes! Kamal Haasan calls himself a selfish father. The actor, who was recently in Mumbai for the promotion of his next release Vishwaroop in Hindi, was asked about his plans to cast his daughter Shruti Haasan in any of his upcoming films. To which he said that he was waiting for her to give a hit in Hindi. “Shruti’s last Tamil film was a hit, but she has to prove that she is good in Hindi too. When it comes to films, I have to think from the producer’s point of view,” he said with a laugh.
