



New Delhi: Reliance Communications, India's No. 2 mobile operator, said on Friday it has got shareholders' approval to raise funds via a share sale to institutions.
The company did not say how much it was planning to raise, but said in a notice to the stock exchange an "enabling resolution" was passed by shareholders through a postal ballot.
