New Delhi: provision under the SEZ Act of 2006. The matter is pending before the Panaji Bench of the Bombay High court.

The Centre, in its recent internal discussions, was also looking at giving its consent to the denotification of certain notified SEZs, including one that was to be developed by DLF. Sources said denotification of the notified SEZs was possible only if the SEZ is totally vacant and has not started any construction in the notified area....
