Saif Ali Khan turns style guru
When it comes to fashion, Saif Ali Khan and style go hand-in-hand. Come February, the actor will be seen giving fashion gyaan to the viewers. The newly crowned Nawab of Pataudi is slated to appear on Royal Reservations — Project Living, a show that sheds light on the homes, designs and the lifestyle of the royal families of India.
“The show features royal personalities of India. Saif is perfect for the show as he’s a style icon and also the Nawab of Pataudi,” says Amrita Gandhi, the host of the series.
The actor, who prefers wearing designs by Raghuvendra Rathore, also a member of the erstwhile royal clan of Jodhpur— a cousin of Maharaja Gaj Singh, will be seen doling out dressing tips to men on the show. Explains Gandhi, “Saif mentions that one should follow a star and not dress up like a multi-starrer, referring to being subtly dressed than wearing a mix up of everything. He will be sharing some interesting styling tips, in his Nawabi style, to the audience.”
The show will also feature royalties like Raghuvendra Rathore, Sharmila Tagore as Begum of Pataudi, Princess Esra Jah of Hyderabad amongst others, giving tips on transforming your homes into palaces. It also showcases some of the best Nawabi food recipes. Royal Reservations airs every Saturday at 9:00 pm on NDTV Good Times.
