Wake up, BJP

(1) Any person who is even a little familiar with legal provisions about company affairs and income tax would immediately realize the unusual procedure behind investments made by unknown businessmen in Mr. Nitin Gadkari%u2019s company, Purti Sugar and Power Ltd. But it is not surprising that some one in the Sangh pariwar with a financial brain had to be roped in to come to rescue of Mr. Gadkari%u2019s and certify that he has done nothing wrong. Assuming for a moment that Mr. Gadkari%u2019s business dealings are very clean, why should citizens at large accept a certificate of fair dealings given by Mr. S Gurumurthy? (2) It is abundantly clear that BJP and RSS are trying their best to contain the damage already done by exposure of murky business dealings of Mr. Gadkari. At least the effort is to delay the resignation of Mr. Gadkari till Gujarat assembly polls are over. (3) There is a saying that you can wake up some one who is fast asleep but no one wake up an individual who is just pretending to be asleep. This is exactly happening in case of the Sangh pariwar and BJP%u2019s response to Mr. Gadkari%u2019s business dealings. .

The title of the articles itself exposes the BJP president,for he being an appointee of the RSS, has been absolved of any wrong doing by one of its own man.Ideally,the RSS should have entrusted this job to one of a retired High Court or Supreme Court judges to carry more credibility.Sadly,the so called mainstream leaders of the BJP are forced to remain as mute spectators for they have no guts to question RSS bigwigs.BJP`s claim to fight against graft has been weakened considerably due to this episode and by default,the Congress will be the victor ultimately,in the 2014 hustings.
