New Delhi: Designed to operate as the single largest global platform, QAI’s annual conference on Project Management Leadership (PML 2009) brings together practitioners, thought leaders, tool vendors, product experts, gurus and senior representatives from the industry, academia and government for sharing, exchanging, learning & accelerating implementation of best practices in Project Management. The conference will be a platform to ascertain and highlight the role of Project Management in Business and Operational Excellence.
To be held in Delhi on 13th July, 2009, the PML will present the current state of practice in the field of Project Management. Some of the key topics to be discussed will be Project and Program Management – innovative approaches in current times, Managing large and troubled projects, Application of tools and structures for effective Project Management- industry experiences and Program Management model based facilitations.
The conference will include speakers from organizations like PMI, Emirates, CSC and Honeywell and will be supported by various Software Process Improvement Networks (SPINs) and PMI Trivandrum.
The Project Management Leadership Awards will take place on 13th July evening where the best whitepapers in the practices on Project Management from various organizations have been adjudged and the best entries will be awarded.
