Rhythm Divine
All those women who were in their teens in the 90s can get ready to scream and swoon, as Latin musician Enrique "Hero" Iglesias - and his pelvic moves - are all set to shake the city today for the Micromax Enrique Iglesias Tour. His songs may sound a little outdated now, corny even, but those who lost their breath waiting for his albums at that time should not have a problem. After all, the Grammy-winner's painfully handsome looks had not only the women hysterical and the devoted men in their lives astounded, he also dethroned Latin legend Ricky Martin for quite a while.
This man was singing songs such as Rhythm Divine, Hero, Love to See You Cry and had the world, at least the female half of it, smitten and in love with him. With him, Spanish-English pop reared his head and we knew it was here to stay. Now, ready for his third trip to India, Iglesias says that India is one place where he has always wanted to come back.
"I've been looking forward to this trip for years and trying to come back for a while. I was just waiting for the right opportunity. Besides the show, I'm looking forward to the Indian fans who are so amazing and enthusiastic, as well as great food," says the singer in an email interview to The Indian Express .
