



Mumbai: Religare Enterprises said on Monday it has tied up with Swiss Re to set up a health insurance company in India.
Swiss Re, the world's second largest insurer, would be a minority shareholder in the joint venture that is expected to be operational by 2010, Religare said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
