



Mumbai: Integrated financial services provider, Religare Enterprises reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 29.9 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2009, while it had a net loss of Rs 48.2 crore in the same period last year.
Revenues rose to Rs 414.8 crore in the latest quarter ended September 30, against Rs 274.2 crore in the same period last year, Religare Enterprises said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
