Sundaram Finance net up 25% at R113.65crore

Sundaram Finance has posted a 25% jump in its net profit to R113.65 crore for the third quarter against Rs 91.14 crore in the same quarter last fiscal. Income from operations increased to R547.48 crore from R443.47 crore. While the deposit base of the company stood at R1,412 crore, net NPAs stood at 0.21%.

Sebi allows exit of Hyderabad Stock Exchange

Nearly eight months after the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) framed the guidelines for the exit of non-operational regional stock exchanges (RSEs), the regulator has approved the exit of Hyderabad Stock Exchange. According to Sebi, the companies that were exclusively listed on Hyderabad Stock Exchange have been shifted to the dissemination board of the BSE.
