The RK puram colony where the beasts live is famous for breeding criminals. Even the police are aware of the breeding ground. illicit liquor flows freely in that area well after midnight. Why are such areas allowed to exist? are these potential vote banks? What are the mafias that control the bus trade in Delhi. Will the commission of enquiry go into all this--or do we have to wait for another rape? we are slowly handing over parts of Delhi to criminals

We can observe from these statements that govt. will decide only after forming commission on commission & the decision may be taken after one century as per previous records our govt.& politicians do not have the courage due to vote bank so it is better govt. should handover six arrested persons to public & they will decide their fate.
