Kashmir today started limping back to normalcy, five days after the hanging of Parliament attack convict Mohammad Afzal Guru, even as curfew remained in force in 10 towns of the Valley as a precautionary measure.

A police spokesman said curfew has been relaxed in many parts of the Valley this morning.

"Curfew is in force in some places as a precautionary measure which includes six police station areas in the city and some towns in rest of the Valley," the spokesman said.

He said curfew was not relaxed in north Kashmir towns of Sopore, Pattan, Baramulla, Handwara and Bandipora while in south Kashmir restrictions continued in Shopian, Yaripora and Anantnag town. Curfew also remained in force in old Srinagar city.

Curfew was imposed across Kashmir Valley on Saturday following hanging of Guru inside Tihar Jail in Delhi.

Three persons died and over 50 others were injured in clashes between protestors and security forces during protests against Guru's execution.

DEATH PENALTY IS NOT THE SOLUTION, IT COMPLICATES THE ISSUES!

Indian President should not be acted as a blood sucker of the human beings. Whatever crimes human beings are committing is the fall out of societies and rulers of the lands injustices they are doing to the particular person, region and religion. It is the duty of civilized and democratic government to see that law entrusted to them should be used to reform the culprits and not destroying them by taking their lives. India has got famous for its cultural values and civilization, but Indian Rulers and Political Parties who are at the helm of giving governance are themselves expose to the world as most dangerous creatures of the world thereby putting a big question mark on the entire civilization for which we are getting proud of. I have strong protest by giving death penalty which are not at all supports democracy, but also by giving we are strongly disrespect the forefathers of the constitution who gave such a beautiful constitution to India.
