Railway Management
porcher555@gmail.com | 20-Jan-2013Reply | Forward From Lalu Prasad ,Mamta Banerjee,Roy,Trivedi,Joshi and now Jairam Ramesh in-line for succession, there has been little or no noteworthy acclaimations for this World-famous system. 'Dedicated Corridor' has been touted throughout but no headway. Appointments on party affiliations have been disasterous ,as the new Minister is a party hack with 'NO' vision for 'Indian Railways' constant threats and self interests leaves progress stymied and corrupted. Let us now hire 'China' to build this corridor ,ground up,as a super-efficient network of team and workers that work day and night to see the project completed,on time and on budget! We have done this before with Russian led Air-Force MIG projects and found great success. Let us now bite the bullet and invite China to build this essential system.
Bleeding Indian Railways
jayaram | 21-Jan-2013Reply | Forward Indian Railways one of the most essential service and backbone to our Nation should not be allowed to be managed in the manner it is currently managed. Apart from bringing professional management culture, particularly a change in the current HR strategies, what we need to do is to engage Cost and Management Accountants with proven track records and create a talent pool of younger and bright Management Accountants who can bring value for every rupee being spent in transport as well as in all small and big projects.![]()
