Men in uniform always look dapper. Looking to infuse an element of style in the uniforms for their pilots, Indigo Airlines roped in designer Rajesh Pratap Singh. For the look, the designer sought inspiration from the classic World War II bomber jacket. The uniform has a retro look with a navy blue bomber jacket made in wool-rich hopsack weave and a white shirt combined with an easy wear trouser. Various technical functional requirements of the in-flight environment have been incorporated in the designs, says Singh. Here’s to stylish take-offs.
