New Delhi: India’s best kept secret, ‘Pashma’ finally treads home ground with its first showing in India at the Delhi Fashion Week.

After showing for the last seven years at prestigious international trade shows such as Tranoi (Paris), Whose Next (Paris), The Train (New York), Living Rooms (Tokyo) and the Milano Vende Moda (Milan), Pashma is finally courting the home market.

Pashma is a unique expression of classical textile art forms interpreted with contemporary Milanese sensibilities. With a passion for noble fibers, Pashma’s love affair with Cashmere started in the late nineties when the classic pashmina wrap became the essential “fashion must have.”

Pashma’s philosophy is governed by creating articles of timeless appeal and extraordinary quality that have artistic merit as opposed to conforming to fashion trends. Its outlook remains staunchly individualistic much like its target individualistic customers who view fashion as an expression of their own distinctive sensibilities.
