New Delhi, Aug 7: customer is expected to make a one time down payment for purchasing the flat. DDA flats are coming up in different regions of Delhi like Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Motia Khan, Dwarka and Pitampura.

Real estate agents of the capital city think an investor can get up to 100% profit with the buy. They said the returns depend on the condition of the market three months down the line. If by then the market starts booming, mortgage rates come down investors will make huge profits.

Ravi, who is a partner with Ravi & Chirag Properties, a real estate broking firm pointed out, “DDA flats have high demands, and hence an investor can sell it for double the price he has bought it for.” In case the market does not pick up, the ‘cherry flats’ will be sold at higher premium anyway.

There is also speculation that investors may sell the flat immediately after their name figures in the draw and before making the rest of the payment. By doing this he makes a neat profit....
