Nandy leaves Jaipur, police seek video of his comments

investigating officer Janesh Singh, the SHO of Ashok Nagar police station, where the FIR was filed against Nandy and Roy, is on leave and this was an attempt on the part of the police to bide time.
Condemning Nandy’s statement, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said, “The SC/ST community do not have the capacity to even bribe, how can they be corrupt? Everyone knows who is corrupt and who is not. This is bankruptcy of intellect on the part of the speaker.”
