Los Angeles: The family of Michael Jackson is considering a traditional Muslim burial for the pop icon who had converted to Islam months prior to his death, says a new report.
X 17 online, a celebrity website reported quoting sources close to the family that Jackson's new found will states that he will be buried in the traditions of his new faith.
"The family is considering following the Muslim burial traditions because Michael would have wanted to be laid to rest in keeping with his new-found religious beliefs.
Michael's brother Jermaine is educating the family as to the special rites," the source said Jackson had reportedly converted to Islam in November last year and taken the name of 'Mikhaail'.
Meanwhile, a public viewing of the performer will take place on Friday at his fantasy themed abode California ranch, Neverland. There has been no official confirmation from Jackson's family on the location where his body will be laid to rest.

It doesn't matter whether MJ followed islam or not he was a great artist and he didn't convert 'cos he believed but of other conveninces which troubled his finances. Guys get above the religion clout, all gods are one, it's the faith not how you pray for him. take a hike guys and stop posting shit.

It was time for him to go,Allah guided him last year to become Muslim,a couple of his song as tribute to Allah(swt) showed how much he love Islam, some ignorant people still don't know much about MJ become a Muslim, It was west who judged him not Muslims that why he choose to live in the middle east than USA.He was a Muslim and Islam was his destiny. may Allah Forgave all your sins.

we all are the children of god.religion and beliefs is made by us. whether a muslim or christain we all belong to jus one power which guides us and that power is GOD as we all term as.i have faith that Micheal Jackson has already reached to this "Power" that got him to this world.May his Soul rest in peace..
