Market regulations to be tightened if needed: FM

New Delhi, September 30: : Finance minister, Palaniappan Chidambaram, said on Tuesday market regulations would be tightened if needed to deal with the consequences of a widening global financial crisis.

"There is nothing to worry about. The regulations that are in place are adequate. If the regulations are to be tweaked, we will do so," he said.
