The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the alleged disproportionate assets case of former Mumbai Congress chief Kripashankar Singh and his family, has submitted its report in Supreme Court, police said Monday.
In September last year, SC granted SIT eight weeks to complete its probe. The court asked Mumbai Police Commissioner Satyapal Singh to head the team. The statements of Singh and his family members have also been recorded. The state government has already submitted to the Supreme Court two reports on the SIT probe.
