Khullar assigned additional DIPP charge

Commerce secretary Rahul Khullar will hold the additional charge of the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) for a period of three months.
DIPP secretary Pradeep Kumar Chaudhery, a 1977-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as Haryana chief secretary. Rahul Khullar is a 1975-batch IAS officer.
“The competent authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of DIPP secretary to Rahul Khullar, secretary, department of commerce, for a period of three months with immediate effect or until further orders, whichever is earlier,” an official statement said.
