: The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB), as the official representative of Jordan, announced receiving the ‘Platinum Award’ in the category of ‘Emerging tourism destination of 2009’.

The award, presented by Smt. Ambika Soni, Minister of Information & Broadcasting was accepted by Mr. Ashish Sharma, PR & Marketing Consultant, Jordan Tourism Board, India.

One of the key aspects contributing to Jordan’s win is; the evolution of a modern nation that today enjoys a remarkable measure of peace, stability and economic growth.
