Vipin Negi New Delhi:
The hotel which is promising to give you the ‘feel Rajasthan factor’ is offering a wide variety of Rajasthani vegetarian delicacies like ker sangri, methi mangodi ki subzi, dal baati, mava kachori and from the non-vegetarian platter lal maas and murg ka soweta.
According to Inder Pal Singh, Food & Beverage Manager, Jaypee Siddharth, “This is not the first time that we are bringing the regional flavours for our guests to experience. We have also hosted Kashmiri, Amaratsari and Banarasi food festivals in the past, which were well received by our guests. The entire idea behind us to promote the regional food is to give more variety and regional flavour to our metropolitan and foreigner guests.”
“We are determined to serve the authentic Rajasthani cuisines to our customers. We want our clients to get a mouthful of what ethnic Rajasthan has to offer in terms of food,” says Singh.
He adds, “We are very excited about the event and hope that like our previous events this also gets the patronage of our customers. The 10 day event will start from June 26th and will end on July 6th, 2009.”
