I-T raids on two real estate firms in Surat

Income Tax officials raided offices, residences and construction sites of two real estate firms here on Thursday.
Over 100 officials were involved in the raids which continued till late in the night at 30 places belonging to Anupam and Astha companies.
Five builders who jointly run the two firms are under the I-T scanner, sources said, adding that officials sealed their bank lockers and seized several documents.
