Stephen Pratt, Infosysí executive council member and head of utilities and resources business in North America, has resigned, adding to the list of high-profile exits over the last few months.

Pratt, who was earlier a key person at the companyís worldwide consulting and systems integration business, was recently given a role to head the new utilities vertical and report to board member V Balakrishnan as part of a top-level rejig that Infosys undertook in September.

Alexandre Elvis Rodrigues, currently regional head, energy and services, Americas at Infosys, will take over from Pratt, who will leave the organisation on January 31, 2014.

In an email response, Infosys spokesperson confirmed Prattís resignation and said, ďSteve has been an integral part of Infosys since 2004 and has played a key role in strengthening the companyís consulting practice. We would like to thank him for his contributions and wish him the very best,Ē the statement noted.

Pratt co-founded Infosys Consulting in 2004. Prior to joining the IT firm, he was a senior partner at Deloitte Consulting, where he established the companyís customer relationship management (CRM) practice.

Internally, Infosys has seen management transformation in the last several quarters, including reshuffle of top executives.
