Infosys BPO, the over $580-million outsourcing arm of the Bangalore-based IT company, on Friday announced the opening of a new delivery centre in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. With the 120-seater centre, the BPO firm plans to strengthen its footprint in Europe.
The centre will serve as a regional hub and will deliver finance, accounting and other high value services for its global clients. It will give the firm an ability to provide outsourcing services in various European languages.
“It strengthens our ability to cater to client needs across functions, languages and time zones quickly and with greater flexibility. The team in Eindhoven will play a key role to accelerate innovation and transformation for our clients across industries,” Infosys BPO CEO and MD Gautam Thakkar said.
