India Yamaha Motor sales rise 84.39% in Jun

New Delhi: Two-wheeler maker India Yamaha Motor reported a 84.39 per cent increase in its sales for June at 17,878 units against 9,699 units sold in the same month last year.

"Our focus on quality and superior bikes has clearly paid off. We have taken our performance to the next levels by launching racing kit parts for YZF-R15 and FZ Series this month..." India Yamaha Motor Managing Director and CEO Yukimine Tsuji said in a statement.

Products like the FZ-S, FZ-16 and YZF-R15 have helped India Yamaha in achieving the results, the company added.
