For the Vodafone Group, in March this year India overtook Germany with its data growth. India is the largest data traffic market for Vodafone global now. To handle this growth and differentiate their network in the market, Vodafone India unveiled a Super Network Operating Centre (SNOC) at Pune. This the operational hub of Vodafone India which monitors and resolves all network related issues in real time across 22 circles on both proactive and reactive basis and provides a consolidated view of the entire operations.

The company has also set up a Super Network Enterprise Centre (SNEC), a platform to engage with enterprise customers and showcase solutions offered by Vodafone Business Services. With all these investments, Vodafone India is looking at reaching the number three position in the Indian telecom market and company officials said they will invest whatever it takes to take leadership position in this business. “We have doubled our enterprise revenues in the last four years and will double again in the next four. We are outpacing the market in many ways, Naveen Chopra, director, business services, said. “The enterprise market is growing at 8%. We have grown at 20% and are growing at twice the market rate,” Chopra said. This enterprise business segment now accounts for 12.5% of Vodafone India's turnover and is expected to contribute 20% of the group's turnover.

Business services, that provide voice and data solutions across mobility and wireline platforms, were launched four years ago in top eight circles and are now operating nationally. Vodafone will open the experience centres in Delhi in 15 days and in Bangalore in the next 12 months, targeting large enterprises, SMEs and government departments as customers.
