House remains paralysed for second day

Swaraj, and her Rajya Sabha counterpart Arun Jaitley, to discuss the passage of some crucial financial Bills in the ongoing Parliament session, which is facing a deadlock on the issue of FDI in retail.
Parliamentary affairs minister Kamal Nath had earlier said that the government has listed 25 Bills for passage and 10 more for introduction in the Winter Session of Parliament.
