As we know Austerity is good stuff and Austerity going on in every country which is concern for Global Recovery. Somewhere Government implementing austerity and somewhere not.
As in Russia many type of crisis arises and due to some another reason then Russia Government implement Austerity for global recovery by Soviet Union of Russia and On that time India was also facing some problems due to Economy and Crisis (Financial, Banking, Fuel). Then in India Austerity implement by Indian Government with Liberalization and privatization.
But in every country should be Austerity as well as Freedom also, because people want to freedom for leave so freedom should be with Austerity and Austerity should be in a proper manner where a person can adjust with that Hardness. So for recover Austerity should be follow by people in Globalization.
