by the government of India for a step closer towards the development of India. But then due to the corruption in different wings of these enlightenment programs, the main aim is not being achieved. Strict laws and rules should be made and immediate action should be taken if there is some problem with these enlightenment programs and these programs should be carried on with full fledged.
