Government's case during the debate in Lok Sabha.

Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Shukla said that it was a defeat of the politics to divide secular parties.

"Unfortunately Communist parties and TMC sat in the lap of BJP. This was an attempt by the BJP to destabilise the government," he added.

So grotesque the UPA Victory

The legal victory of the UPA in the parliament on the FDI issue is their failure and has tarnished their image as 253 can in no way be bigger than 261(218 43).Can there be a division between Kerala MLAs who oppose the FDI and the UPA MPs from Kerala who voted for that? Are the supporters of the FDI not elected by the Keralites?
