Mark Zuckerberg has been voted as the top chief executive by employees of his company, Facebook, according to a survey of what current and former employees think of top bosses leading companies.

According to Glassdoor, an online community for careers and workplaces, Zuckerberg had almost a near-perfect approval with 99 percent of Facebook\'s employees endorsing his way of running the world\'\'s leading social network, News24 reports.

A Facebook software engineer, who was one of the employees that gave Zuckerberg a five-star rating, said that the company lives up to its motto of \'\'move fast and don\'t be afraid\'.

However, the engineer said that Facebook has a \'hardcore\' working environment, adding that an employee will not feel comfortable in the company if he/she cannot deal well with extra responsibility or required strong leadership to guide them instead of autonomy.

German multinational software corporation SAP co-chiefs Bill McDermott and Jim Hagemann Snabe were ranked just behind Zuckerberg with a 99% rating while Google co-founder and chief Larry Page was in eleventh place with a 95% approval rating, the report added.
